About the role
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing performance at I Love Parcels. We are not starting from scratch. We already have:
- An external Google Ads agency
- SEO and content support
- A designer supporting CRO
- Trade and affiliate programmes in place
What we need is someone to bring structure, sharpen what exists, and drive measurable revenue improvement — particularly in trade growth. This is a practical, hands-on role. It is not a corporate brand strategy position. You will be expected to identify revenue opportunities, prioritise improvements, and execute meaningful changes.
Your focus will be on increasing qualified trade leads, improving conversion rates, strengthening automation, and finishing partially built growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade & Revenue Growth
- Audit and improve the trade funnel from first visit through to onboarding
- Increase qualified trade lead flow to support the sales team
- Refine trade messaging, value proposition and positioning
- Strengthen onboarding and nurture journeys to improve conversion
- Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
- Identify and prioritise conversion rate optimisation (CRO) opportunities
- Work alongside our designer to implement structured testing
- Improve landing page clarity, proof and performance
- Analyse funnel drop-off points and act on findings
- Email & Automation
- Review and improve lifecycle automations (welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase, trade nurture)
- Build structured, commercially driven email sequences
- Segment audiences effectively to increase relevance and performance
- Monitor and refine based on measurable outcomes
- Affiliate & Partner Programme
- Finalise and properly structure the affiliate programme
- Improve onboarding, communication and partner experience
- Ensure tracking, reporting and incentives are commercially aligned
- Strengthen the trade partner journey
- Paid & Channel Alignment
- Work alongside our external Google Ads agency to ensure paid campaigns align with wider growth priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve retargeting and paid traffic performance
- Align landing pages and campaigns to improve ROI
- Reporting & Commercial Insight
- Provide clear monthly reporting on marketing contribution to revenue
- Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Prioritise activity based on commercial impact, not volume of tasks
About you
- Proven experience in growth, performance or revenue-focused marketing within an ecommerce or product-led business
- Strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation
- Commercially driven and comfortable being measured on revenue impact
- Confident working alongside agencies and internal specialists
- Able to prioritise independently without needing constant direction
- Analytical, structured and outcome-focused
- Experience within home improvement, construction, trade supply or premium consumer products is advantageous but not essential.
What success looks like
- Within the first 6 months, you will have:
- Improved quality and consistency of trade leads
- Strengthened lifecycle automation
- Completed and structured the affiliate programme
- Delivered measurable improvements in conversion performance
- Introduced clearer marketing performance reporting
What we offer
- A focused, high-impact part-time role
- Real autonomy and responsibility
- A commercially driven, straightforward working environment
- The opportunity to shape and strengthen a growing UK brand
