iLoF is seeking a Principal Scientific Lead to own the scientific core of its Optomics platform, turning optical measurements of blood plasma into validated biomarkers. You will shape how spectral data is acquired, cleaned and modeled across physics, data science, biology and hardware teams, with autonomy and direct input to the Head of Innovation.
You will guide preprocessing standards, develop chemometrics and ML methods, design DoE experiments, mentor scientists, and manage external partners
