Training and Development Manager

Contract : 12 Months Fixed Term

Salary : £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours : Full-time, 35 hours per week (min. 3 days in office)

Location : London, UK

Reports to : Commercial Director

About the Role:

Your mission? To drive the expansion and excellence of their training programmes and support teams' professional development across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate professional standards by reviewing and improving course delivery.
• Craft engaging content for blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
• Lead and monitor impactful marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with experts to develop new courses and enhance their catalogue.
• Innovate service delivery channels (think on-demand training!).
• Implement and manage a winning pricing strategy.
• Identify and target new customer sectors.
• Develop cutting-edge marketing materials and utilise CRM for targeted campaigns.
• Streamline processes through IT to boost efficiency and automation.
• Manage a Learning and Development Coordinator and prepare an annual budget.
• Ensure top-notch financial and performance reporting.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in training and development, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in marketing campaign management and market research.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commercial target and growth achiever in competitive markets.
• CRM systems and budget management expertise.
