We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Regional Development Manager to accelerate growth across employer, higher‑education and training‑provider markets. This is a revenue‑generating, target‑owning role where you’ll blend strategic account management with proactive new business development.

You’ll manage a portfolio of employer and education partners while hunting for new opportunities, positioning qualifications, membership and training products as solutions that solve real workforce and skills challenges. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Grow revenue, membership and learner numbers
  • Hit and exceed annual B2B sales targets
  • Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline across employers, universities and training providers
  • Use consultative selling to uncover needs and position our learning and membership solutions
  • Cross‑sell and upsell across existing accounts
  • Develop compelling proposals and business cases
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM
  • Own and grow key accounts

  • Increase uptake of qualifications and training across existing relationships
