We’re looking for a commercially sharp, digitally fluent Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead the next phase of growth for a thriving direct-to-consumer channel. This is a strategic hire within a high-performing commercial team, offering full ownership of ecommerce performance across UK and international markets.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a three-year ecommerce strategy, optimising digital channels, and driving performance through smart product selection, marketing activation, and platform development. You’ll bring deep experience scaling D2C businesses, a strong grasp of international logistics, and a passion for unlocking commercial opportunity through data, insight, and innovation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with daily execution.
What You’ll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for the e-commerce channel
- Strategic planning and day-to-day execution across UK and global markets
- Digital marketing performance across PPC, SEO, affiliates, email and display
- Product selection and forecasting in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Platform optimisation, A/B testing, and conversion strategy
