I’m recruiting a Senior Membership Executive on a 3‑month temporary contract to support a busy membership team during a period of transition.
If you’re experienced in membership operations, confident handling complex queries, and enjoy improving the member journey across digital platforms, this is a great opportunity to step into a senior point‑of‑contact role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as an escalation point for complex membership queries
- Supporting acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and troubleshooting across digital platforms
- Maintaining accurate member and payment records
- Supporting events, upsell opportunities and member engagement activity
- Providing guidance to Membership Executives and deputising when needed
- Contributing insight, data and feedback to improve processes and member experience
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a high‑volume customer service or membership environment
- Strong CRM and data management skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder handling
- Ability to mentor colleagues and manage priorities
- Comfortable with payments, renewals and reconciliation
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
