We're working exclusively with a leading membership organisation at the heart of the UK's sustainable finance community as they expand their events function. They bring together investment managers, pension funds, banks, advisers, consultants and NGOs to drive progress toward a fair, inclusive and environmentally responsible financial system. With strong recent growth and an increasingly engaged membership, they're now strengthening their team with a dedicated Events Administrator.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting end‐to‐end event logistics
- Liaising with venues and suppliers
- Coordinating delegate attendance and speaker briefings
- Drafting event invitations and member communications
- Providing on‐site support at events
- Managing day‐to‐day administration for the events team
- Keeping event webpages up to date
- Contributing to wider membership engagement and policy‐related events
What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in sustainability, climate issues or social impact
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with confidence
