Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for learning and assessment? We’re seeking an experienced Learning and Assessment Coordinator to oversee assessment processes, support administrators, and ensure seamless exam delivery.
What You’ll Do- Provide administrative and technical support for assessments, ensuring policies and processes are adhered to.
- Supervise and support the Learning & Assessment Administrators, managing workloads and providing training.
- Maintain assessment trackers and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Prepare teams for exam weeks and ensure they run smoothly.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate assessment production, marking, and moderation.
- Oversee adjustments, appeals, malpractice cases, and compliance within assessment frameworks.
- Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to manage recruitment, contracts, and invoice processing.
- Drive improvements in processes, documentation, and qualification developments.
- Experience: 3+ years in assessment production, moderation, and examiner collaboration within a professional body or educational setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of online assessment platforms, assessment frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/e-assessment platforms.
