A fast‑growing creative studio is looking for a talented Junior 3D Designer to join a collaborative, ambitious team producing high‑impact visual content. What you’ll be doing:
- Building high‑quality 3D models across a range of subjects, with strong attention to detail and realism
- Producing photorealistic renders using Cinema 4D, with confident use of lighting, materials, and textures
- Creating animations and motion graphics that elevate concepts and bring narratives to life
- Editing and combining 3D animation with video to produce compelling visual content
- Collaborating with the Creative Director and 3D Lead on concepts, storyboards, and project development
- Working closely with designers, editors, and producers to deliver cohesive multimedia outputs
- Maintaining organised project files and contributing to smooth workflow processes
- Staying curious — keeping up with new tools, techniques, and creative trends
What you’ll bring:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in motion design, animation, or a related creative field
- Around two years’ experience in a 3D, animation, or motion graphics role
- Strong skills in Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A portfolio showcasing 3D modelling, rendering, animation, and motion graphics
- A solid understanding of design principles, composition, and colour
- A collaborative mindset, clear communication style, and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced studio
