We are looking for a Commercial Director with experience of scaling through acquisition whilst maintaining the successful performance of a driven and innovative sales and marketing team. This role is for a rapidly expanding, innovation-driven product brand operating across retail, wholesale and online channels. This is a key board-level leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, experienced in high-growth environments, acquisitions, and multi-channel sales. You will lead a team of around 25 across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Amazon and New Product Development.
- Develop and execute the company’s Sales & Marketing strategy
- Lead acquisition strategy including market analysis, due diligence and integration
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team across Sales, Marketing & NPD
- Oversee brand positioning, marketing performance and digital strategy
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations and the SLT to ensure aligned commercial delivery
10+ years’ experience in senior Sales & Marketing leadership roles
Strong background in FMCG or product-based brand management
Experience across retail, wholesale and online sales channels
Strong commercial and financial acumen
