About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to take this growing team’s digital communications to the next level. Sitting within the marketing team, you will be the driving force behind email marketing campaigns—crafting engaging communications, optimising audience segmentation, and creating automated journeys that enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns that make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and managing branded email templates with consistent tone and messaging
- Developing automated email workflows that boost engagement and retention
- Optimising campaign performance through segmentation, scheduling, and data-driven insights
- Acting as the go-to expert for the email platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Monitoring performance metrics, reporting on key KPIs, and continuously refining strategy
