- Driving the rollout of a new brand and embedding guidelines across teams.
- Creating high-impact assets for web, social, print, events and presentations.
- Translating briefs into strong, concept-led designs aligned to campaign and organisational goals.

What you’ll bring:
- A strong, multidisciplinary portfolio spanning branding, digital design and motion.
- Experience operating at a senior level, leading a design function or creative resource.
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and composition.
- Experience in video production, editing, colour grading and motion graphics.
- Confidence directing photography and managing image libraries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and guide colleagues.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a drive for creative excellence.
- Understanding of how to balance creativity with professionalism for a busy, expert audience.
Desirable:
