About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Regional Development Manager to accelerate growth across employer, higher‑education and training‑provider markets. This is a revenue‑generating, target‑owning role where you’ll blend strategic account management with proactive new business development. You’ll manage a portfolio of employer and education partners while hunting for new opportunities, positioning qualifications, membership and training products as solutions that solve real workforce and skills challenges. What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow revenue, membership and learner numbers
- Hit and exceed annual B2B sales targets
- Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline across employers, universities and training providers
- Use consultative selling to uncover needs and position our learning and membership solutions
- Cross‑sell and upsell across existing accounts
- Develop compelling proposals and business cases
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM
- Own and grow key accounts
- Manage a portfolio of employer, HE and tuition‑provider partners
- Increase uptake of qualifications and training across existing relationships
- Position us as a long‑term strategic partner, not just a supplier
- Protect and grow revenue through strong retention and renewal activity
- Identify expansion opportunities across multi‑site and multinational organisations
- Develop new markets and opportunities
- Identify new sectors, employers and routes to market
- Spot commercial opportunities within HE and professional training
- Onboard new training providers and HE institutions, supporting them through accreditation
