Illuminate Minds Trust seeks a Deputy Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations across Fairford Academy Barnehurst and Pelham Primary School. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, initially 39 weeks per year (term time) with potential progression to 52 weeks as provision expands.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about high-quality early years provision, building strong relationships with children and families.
