Deputy Nursery Manager

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of our nursery provision across Fairford Academy Barnehurst and Pelham Primary School, helping to provide outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The post will initially be offered on a 39-week per year (term time only) contract and is expected to transition to a 52-week per year contract as the nursery provision develops.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision. This is a role where building positive relationships with children, families and staff is essential. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Manager in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop confidence and make excellent progress.

This is a Trust-wide role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work across both Fairford Academy Barnehurst and Pelham Primary School, depending on the operational needs of the nursery provision.
