Illuminate Design provides technical services for the entertainment and leisure industries with a focus on high quality and dependable service. Our services range from maintenance packages to the design, installation, and integration of new systems. We serve a wide range of clients, including Theatres, Themed Attractions, Hotels, Bars and Schools.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lighting Technician based from our office in Witham. The Lighting Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of lighting systems for various projects. Daily tasks include setting up and programming lighting control systems, designing lighting layouts, managing electrical wiring, and ensuring proper stage lighting for events and productions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Lighting Control and Lighting Design
  • Proficiency in general Lighting and knowledge of Stage Lighting
  • Skills in Electrical Wiring
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the entertainment or leisure industry is a plus
  • Relevant certification or degree in a related field is an advantage
