This hands-on role supports customer accounts, resolves issues and ensures timely payments within a hub‑and‑hybrid model, with one day per week in the Cambridge office (Thursdays). You will manage partner accounts, monitor credit status, post payments, issue statements and collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to maintain a positive customer experience.
