I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Relief Chef Manager to support across a patch of business across Cambridgeshire and over into Northamptonshire. My client is an independent contract caterer, with a strong focus on fresh produce and the development of their people.
As the Relief Chef Manager, you will support the Operations team, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required. The ideal Relief Chef Manager will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Currently at Chef Manager level
- Strong knowledge of both staff feeding and hospitality
- Have a proven background within contract catering
- A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/Health & Safety procedures
- Strong financial understanding
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends as required. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to drive and provide your own car.
