I am currently recruiting a Regional Catering Manager for a boutique Contract Caterer who have recently joined the market and are already challenging the status quo. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic company looking after 5 of their sites, all offering different Street Food Concepts.

The ideal Regional Catering Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

A hands-on leader who isnt afraid to role their sleeves up and get stuck in

Strong knowledge in the latest high street food trends

Fantastic people management skills, with an ability to form relationships at all levels from junior staff, to senior stakeholders/ clients

Mobilisation experience
