The ideal Junior Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

• A hands-on leader who isnt afraid to role their sleeves up and get stuck in
• Strong knowledge in both staff dining and hospitality/ events
• Fantastic people management skills, with an ability to form relationships at all levels from junior staff, to senior stakeholders/ clients
• Mobilisation experience
