My client is a leading caterer and I am currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at their head office in Oxfordshire with a main focus on weddings.

For this Head Chef role, I am looking for a candidate who has:

• A strong background in weddings and events

• The ability and experience to manage a BOH team

• Financial understanding of labour costs, food costs etc

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

Applicants for this Head Chefrole must have experience in a weddings focused Head Chef within the last year.
