Head Chef – London – 50k plus overtime. I am looking for an innovative, exciting Head Chef with their finger on the pulse of the latest food trends for my client\’s venue in North West London.
I am looking for a Head Chef candidate who has the following:

- Been in a Head Chef role within the last year
- Experience of managing a BOH team
- Strong events experience
- Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
- Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
- Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
