My client is looking for a Head Chef for this social club which is at the heart of the community. As the Head Chef, you will have full control of the kitchen, creating and producing varied menus for a diverse client base, from Pub Classics and Bar Snacks to conferences and events.
The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/experience:
- Worked at Head Chef level within a Pub or Members/Social Club environment
- Strong bar experience, with exposure to event catering and larger numbers
- A hands-on chef who leads by example
- Strong knowledge of all Food Safety procedures
- Working 5 days out of 7
