Head Chef ( Executive)

Executive Head Chef – London – 65k MONDAY-FRIDAY, DAYTIME ONLY Are you a Head Chef with strong events and retail (cafe/restaurant) experience? My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to join the team at one of their B&I sites. I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following: A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level Experience of managing a large BOH team Strong events experience Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
