For Companies Head Chef – London – 55k plus bonus
Do you want to lead the culinary team as Head Chef of one of London\’s most prestigious and famous venues?
I\’m looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following:
- Experience within a multi-faceted operation
- The ability to manage 4 kitchens and a BOH team of 25
- Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
- Strong events experience
- Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
- Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar level Head Chef position within the last year.
