I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a contract in the heart of Cambridgeshire. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality services, with an annual turnover in the region of Β£2m.
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/experience:
- Experience in a senior management role, within the Contract Catering sector
- Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations
- High volume experience, catering for 1500 people daily
- Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service
- Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of Β£2m
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, but you will be required to work occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
