General Manager – West Sussex – £65k I am currently looking to recruit a big hitting General Manager for my client\’s site based in West Sussex. This roles requires a really big hitter with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business. My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for this busy contract consisting of counter service restaurants and extensive events business. This role isnt for the faint hearted, you will be responsible for a catering operation with an annual turnover in the region of £3m. Due to the sheer size of the business you will be managing, this role would suit a General Manager from a large site or Operations Manager who is looking to get back into a single site role, that they can make their own.
