I am currently looking to recruit an experienced General Manager for my client's site based in Somerset. My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for a busy and prestigious contract. This role is not for the faint hearted, with the team catering for almost 1500 covers a day.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for this prestigious contract in South West London. You will lead a dedicated team of 40, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budgets and costs.
The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Currently working at a General Manager within Contract Catering
- Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering.
- A strong background in both retail and events/hospitality.
- Strong stakeholder relationships
- Working predominantly Monday to Friday with weekends to suit the needs of the business.
