I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager for a catering contract in Cambridge. My client is a looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to join their team and lead the retail side of the business.
As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 35 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, driving innovation and development of the food offer, combined with immaculate service delivery. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
The ideal Catering Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge
- A strong background in either Contract Catering or QSR
- Unit management experience
- Take a hands-on approach to become the face of the retail offer
