Bars & Retail Manager – Worcestershire – £40k
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Bars & Retail Manager for my client\’s site.
My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers who are recruiting for a location in the Worcester area and are looking for an experienced manager to lead the team at this high volume venue. This is role is not for the faint hearted, consisting of multiple Bar and Café/ Retail units.
The ideal Bars & Retail Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- Currently working within a wet led or QSR operation
- Cellar management experience
- A strong background in both bars and QSR.
- A hands-on manager who leads by example
Working 5/7 to suit the demands of the business.
