Job Description:As a Field Service Engineer within the National Service Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality field based technical expertise at customers sites across the country. You will be responsible for calibration and Sensitivity Testing Loma equipment on customers sites.Responsibilities:To carry out service, calibration and sensitivity testing of customer's inline inspection equipment to the stated processes and procedures.Handle on site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner.Must be prepared to adapt to all types of environments and comply with local client's health and safety regulations.Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the company procedures.Expected to co-operate by working overtime as and when required.To be part of the on-call standby rota system as required.Must be prepared to learn a diverse set of products and continually improve your product knowledge.Requirements:EssentialGood Technical Electrical / Electronics skills.Minimum BTEC/ONC/HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical / electrical engineering.Ideally experience in a field service role and familiar with all aspects of customer service.Good PC literacy.Good Organisation skills orientated around reliably delivering what is promised.Good methodical approach to problem solving.Full current driving licence.Good communication skills.Good customer service skills.Job SummaryJob number: JR9649Profession: Customer Service
