Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Credit Control team, working for a very well established organisation based in Redhill, Surrey. The Credit Administrator will be part of their Collections - Credit Control team, working on a temp basis initially. This is ideal for someone with proven Customer Services, Admin experience, ideally with some Finance or Credit Control, Collections support experience.
Pay rate: £13-14 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based, Redhill
Credit Administrator duties:
- Responsible for the reconciliation and analysis of customer statements
- Updating and monitoring customer data
- Working closely with the Credit team
- Handling customer queries
- Sending copy invoices, mail merges, processing manual direct debits and setting up direct debit mandates
Skills and experience:
- Proven admin, customer service or credit collection / credit control support experience
- Strong MS skills - Excel (v-look ups, pivots) and Word (mail merges)
- Excellent customer service skills
