About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a recruitment consultant role in any industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from candidate acquisition through to negotiation of final salary and offer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident in candidate sourcing through various channels.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
