The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working In-House Cleaner to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring that our clubhouse, fitness facilities, changing rooms, and public areas are kept spotless, hygienic, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks across the club, fitness facilities, changing rooms, communal spaces, and offices.
- Maintain floors, manage waste disposal, and monitor and replenish washroom and cleaning supplies.
- Provide excellent service by being friendly and helpful, striving to enhance the member experience.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team.
- Assist with preparing spaces for club events and tournaments.
- Strictly adhere to all Health, Hygiene, and Fire Safety policies and procedures.
About You:
- Experienced - Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, though full training will be provided.
- Detail-Oriented and Proactive - You have a keen eye for detail, can work independently, and use your initiative.
- Reliable and Flexible - You are dependable and willing to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by operational needs.
