The role

You will be part of a team delivering production of Stereax solid-state batteries, operating specialist equipment and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production and metrology equipment in line with defined procedures
  • Deliver daily production targets to agreed quality standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Record and report process data accurately
  • Identify and escalate process issues or deviations
  • Support continuous improvement activities within the team

Essential Requirements

  • A-level (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant field or comparable relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good time management and organisation
  • Computer literate

Desirable

  • Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with production or inspection processes

Working Environment

  • Cleanroom-based role (training and PPE provided)
  • Standing and working with technical equipment for extended periods
  • Late shift working (14:00 – 22:00), with flexibility where required
