The role
You will be part of a team delivering production of Stereax solid-state batteries, operating specialist equipment and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and metrology equipment in line with defined procedures
- Deliver daily production targets to agreed quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Record and report process data accurately
- Identify and escalate process issues or deviations
- Support continuous improvement activities within the team
Essential Requirements
- A-level (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant field or comparable relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good time management and organisation
- Computer literate
Desirable
- Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production or inspection processes
Working Environment
- Cleanroom-based role (training and PPE provided)
- Standing and working with technical equipment for extended periods
- Late shift working (14:00 – 22:00), with flexibility where required
