We are a local, independent, family run business based in the market town of Faversham. Iliffe & Iliffe was founded by brothers Nathan and David Iliffe. Since our establishment we have grown to become a market leading and award-winning estate agent.

The Role

This role is an integral part of our business. You will often be the first point of contact with new clients, so first impressions count. You will be responsible for regular communication with our clients, conducting viewings, managing enquiries, negotiating offers, managing the sales progression process, maintaining good records, and delivering excellent customer service via email, over the phone and face to face.

Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 five days a week (including Saturdays).

You will receive:

– Uncapped Bonus with expected On Target Earnings of Β£25,000- Β£30,000

– 24 days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays

– Awards, Incentives and Performance Bonus

– Full Training and Development

The Person

You may have experience of estate agency, you may be looking to make a career change into the industry –either way we would be interested to hear from you. You will need:

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

– To be professional and well presented

– Great interpersonal and people skills

– Excellent customer service

– Excellent attention to detail

– Good time management, organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload

– Great motivation, a pro-active approach and a β€˜can do’ attitude

– A team player, keen to work together

– It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own car
