We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary Account Coordinator to support our Accounts team based in Paris. This role plays a vital part in coordinating product launches, supporting trade execution, and managing daily operational and administrative needs across key retail partners and distributor accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional touchpoints.

We are looking for a candidate based in the London metropolitan area who is open to traveling to Paris, France about once a week.

Responsibilities:

Launch & Assortment Coordination

  • Update order forms and registration files for select retailers and platform

  • Organize sample shipments in coordination with internal teams.

  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all retailer-facing assets.

Trade Marketing Support

  • Maintain and update the trade bible.

  • Support the execution of trade activations in coordination with Area Manager and Marketing.

  • Manage registration files for trade promotions and gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs.

  • Coordinate orders for trade seasonal kits including boxes, pouches, and advent calendars.

  • Assist in the planning and follow-up of ad hoc trade initiatives.

Distributor Operations Support

  • Consolidate distributor requests for samples, GWPs, and marketing assets to streamline processes and ease workload for the Area Manager.

  • Track GWP and mini product allocations and deliveries.

  • Follow up on samples forecast

Field Operations Follow-Up

  • Monitor and follow up on out-of-stock (OOS) issues in retail doors and websites.

  • Track and reconcile gratis requests based on supply and demand insights.

Business Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance analyses.

  • Conduct stock and out-of-stock (OOS) reporting.

  • Perform website audits and support e-commerce performance reviews.

  • Research and report on competitive launches, social and e-commerce trends, and new market entries.

Administrative, Supply & Demand Coordination

  • Track and follow up on purchase orders, innovation launches, gratis, and sampling orders.

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor delivery timelines and order statuses.

  • Join and support weekly supply and demand meetings.

  • Monitor inventory levels and outdated SKUs, and maintain catalogue accuracy (SKU status, return dates, etc.).

  • Ensure strong communication flow between marketing, logistics, and field teams for press or promotional pushes.

  • Help refine and build operational processes for efficiency.

  • Experience in account coordination, sales support, trade marketing, or supply chain roles (CPG/beauty/fashion a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite.

  • Fluency in English and French required

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
