The role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of internal projects that improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as a central point of coordination, bringing together teams, managing priorities, and embedding best practice project management standards to support the organisations ongoing growth and performance. The role will require flexibility, including the ability to travel to company sites, as required, in line with project scope and delivery needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables
- Leading internal projects from initiation through to successful completion
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Establishing and maintaining robust project plans, governance and reporting frameworks
- Monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and project approvals
- Providing clear, accurate and timely updates on project performance and progress
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working
- Driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice project management methodologies
- Working collaboratively across teams, flexing priorities to meet changing business needs
- Contributing to the development of a scalable and high-performing project delivery function
