The role
We're looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
You'll be responsible for supporting customers with queries, tracking consignments, resolving issues and delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Full training will be provided.
This role is 37.5 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern between 08:00 and 18:30. We may also consider part-time applications, with flexible hours potentially starting from 10:00 or 14:00, depending on availability and business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email. - Tracking consignments and providing customer updates. - Booking and managing collections. - Raising and resolving customer tickets within agreed timescales. - Escalating customer issues where required. - Delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. - Maintaining accurate records and system updates.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - A positive, customer-focused attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. - Experience within the parcel, logistics or eCommerce industry is desirable, but not essential.
