The role Warehouse Operations are at the heart of what we do. Our customers choose ILG because our attention to detail across services like picking, embroidery and engraving adds something special to their brand.

As a Stock Controller your duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating stock take/stock audit and cycle counting activities to ensure the required level of service is provided to the customer
  • Maintaining and improving performance levels to maximise accuracy of stock figures in line with site KPIs
  • Proactively looking for process improvements with a methodical and consistent approach
  • Taking responsibility for problem investigation and resolution
  • Ensuring activities are cost effective
  • Working closely with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and external customers to facilitate stock control procedures
  • Attending daily briefings and ensuring effective communications with the Operations Team

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of stock control and inventory management
  • Methodical and able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and tasks
  • Possess an understanding of 3ex.net/Snap warehouse management system preferred
  • An understanding of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) (essential)
  • Ability to react within a complex and growing operational environment
  • Able to develop and roll out processes and systems to improve efficiency of department
  • Forward thinking with the ability to ‘think on your feet’
  • Ability to motivate and manage a small team

This role will be predominantly working a 10-6pm shift.
