The role Responsibilities
- As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the main operational contact for a portfolio of fulfilment clients. This role focuses on maintaining high client satisfaction, supporting operational performance and ensuring all activity is completed accurately and on time.
- You will manage daily communication, resolve issues efficiently and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Acting as the main contact for client enquiries via phone and email, managing daily communication and updates.
- Supporting daily operations by addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues efficiently and ensuring orders and correspondence are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Working closely with warehouse teams, carriers and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
- Using ticketing systems to manage and update client queries within agreed SLAs, providing timely responses and clear communication.
- Supporting client calls and meetings, taking ownership of actions and ensuring follow‑up is completed.
- Overseeing the administration and daily running of client accounts, including billing for services and meeting service level expectations.
- Escalating and resolving complaints promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.
