The role involves reporting to the Marketing Director and is responsible for driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact from ILG’s digital marketing investment. You will own the end-to-end performance marketing engine, ensuring paid channels, conversion journeys and funnel performance deliver high-quality, sales-ready demand aligned to business growth priorities.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Own the strategy, planning and delivery of all performance marketing activity across paid search, paid social and conversion optimisation.
- Drive consistent growth in high-quality leads, opportunities and sales conversations from digital channels.
- Ensure marketing investment is focused on the highest-return channels, campaigns and audiences.
- Lead the development and optimisation of landing pages, journeys and conversion paths.
- Maintain ownership of lead scoring, funnel performance and handover to Sales.
- Design and manage ongoing testing programmes to improve targeting, messaging and offers.
- Track performance from campaign through to opportunity and revenue.
- Produce clear, decision-ready reporting on CPL, cost per MQL and cost per opportunity.
- Use insight and data to guide budget allocation and future investment.
- Lead, coach and develop the Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Assistant.
- Manage and challenge external agencies to ensure strong performance and accountability.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B performance or demand generation marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid search and paid social.
- Experience owning funnel performance and lead quality.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing and developing team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
