The Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible for preparing and cooking pastry dishes according to recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of butchery techniques and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Cruise ship experience is a plus.
