Job Summary
ilannoor Edification Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible professional for Asst. Manager/Manager, Accounts & Operations Support. The role requires strong accounting capability, experience in managing accounts and compliance, and operational support leadership including administration, HR support, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts, Reporting & Budgeting
- Maintain accounts records (vouchers, ledgers, bills, receipts, payments).
- Prepare and update periodic financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain cash/bank book and perform bank reconciliation regularly.
- Prepare company budgets, budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost control support.
- Coordinate supplier bills, payments, internal approvals, and documentation.
Compliance (Tax, VAT, RJSC)
- Prepare and submit Tax and VAT related documents/returns as per regulations.
- Maintain compliance records and coordinate audit support activities.
- Prepare and submit RJSC returns (as applicable), ensure statutory documentation and timely filing.
- Maintain an organized compliance file system for inspection, audit, and reporting.
Operations Support: Administration, HR, Inventory
- Oversee office administration tasks and vendor coordination.
- Support HR operations: attendance, leave records, employee documentation, recruitment and onboarding coordination.
- Assist payroll-related coordination and staff documentation.
- Manage inventory records: stock in/out, stock register updates, periodic reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support across departments.
