  • Lead the execution of

M&A and capital solutions advisory transactions across the energy space.

  • Oversee financial modelling

, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.

  • Manage project workflows, coordinate deliverables, and take ownership of day-to-day client interaction and transaction execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, counterparties, and other advisers throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and news, while contributing to the drafting of pitchbooks and other marketing materials.
  • Provide leadership in training, coaching, and mentoring junior team members (Analysts and Associates).
