Taking classes as requested (a minimum of 4 ILA classes). Assisting with substitution when required.
Classroom Management:
- Support teachers during classes and throughout the course.
- Assist students in class and during course activities.
- Supervise and take care of students in class.
- Fulfill administrative tasks (e.g., update ILA Connect, check attendance, assign and mark homework).
Course Administration:
- Prepare and distribute course books, materials, and merchandise.
- Update students on course progress.
- Check students’ daily attendance.
- Prepare students for exams (e.g., Cambridge).
- Deliver letters and official documents.
- Report any incidents or problems to RS/OS.
Learning and Development:
- Attend meetings as requested.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions as required.
Customer Care:
- Report on students’ progress and results (monthly).
- Call parents of absent students.
- Deliver letters and notices, receive parent feedback, and support handling requests and complaints.
- Tutor weak students as requested.
- Support events (e.g., care events, enrichment activities).
Others:
- Support the centre as requested.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Experience:
- Teaching experience or a strong interest in education.
- Ability to handle requests and complaints effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Commitment to teaching a minimum of 4 ILA classes.
Required Education and Qualifications:
- University degree (or currently in 3rd year or higher).
