Control and take care of students in classes.
Assign and mark homework.
Course Administration:
- Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise.
- Update students with course progress information.
- Prepare students for exams, Cambridge.
- Report any incidents or problems to AS.
Learning and Development:
- Attend Workshop and Training as requested.
Customer Care:
- Report students’ progress - results (monthly).
- Call parents for absent students.
- Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents (K&J).
- Support in handling requests and complaints.
- Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL…).
- Calling Letter New Course.
- Support in re-enrollment tasks when requested.
Others:
- Support centre when requested.

- Open for fresher.
Required Education and Qualifications:
- University Degree (current university students from the 2nd year above are also acceptable).
