- Report students’ progress - results (monthly).
- Call parents for absent students.
- Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents (K&J).
- Support in handling requests and complaints.
- Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL…).
- Calling Letter New Course.
- Support in re-enrollment tasks when requested.
