Il Trillo, Chelsea\’s much-loved fine dining Italian restaurant, is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join it\’s friendly front-of-house team on a part-time basis.

Working 10 hours a week, between 7pm and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights exclusively, with a wage of £13.00 to £15.00 per hour (experience dependent). The job is offered on a temporary contract across the forthcoming four months, starting as soon as possible in September and finishing the weekend before Christmas (the last shift will be Saturday 20th December).

As Bartender, you will work alongside the floor team, supporting the restaurant service by managing the bar operations on our two busiest nights of the week. It will be your responsibility to make, mix, and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests who have ordered at their tables with the floor team and also guests who order at the bar with you. You will provide cheerful, knowledgeable, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional evening for all guests.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer according to established recipes or customer preferences.
  • Ensuring that drinks are accurately measured, well-mixed, and presented in appropriate glassware, paying attention to the quality and consistency of each beverage.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Keeping the bar area clean and organised.
  • Offering a welcoming smile and a cheerful farewell as customers pass the bar on arrival and departure

We\’re seeking a real team-player with a good command of English, who thrives in a busy, late-night working environment (where high quality food, fine wines and signature cocktails are served) and who boasts a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and outstanding customer service.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of London\’s longstanding independent Italian restaurants on a temporary basis. If you want to work in an environment that prioritises authentic gastronomy, encourages professional development and offers a family-like culture in the heart of Chelsea, then please bring your passion and skills to Il Trillo.
