Il Sovrano in London is seeking an experienced barista who thrives under pressure and enjoys engaging customers while making excellent coffee. Shifts start at 7am and run until 5:30pm with weekends required, including mornings and some evenings off. You will work across our West Dulwich and Tulse Hill locations, travelling to SW2 and SE21 as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience working alone in a cafe, can handle numerous coffees at once, and is comfortable leading peers.
